Coming Soon
Tico Warranty Parts Pricing
For warranty operations on cases at providers in the TICO service network, Decisiv automatically retrieves part pricing from TICO's parts system at the line-item level. This ensures warranty estimates reflect the most favorable pricing available without requiring manual lookup or comparison.
This behavior applies exclusively to warranty operations at providers in the TICO service network. Non-warranty operations and non-TICO locations continue to use existing DMS pricing behavior.
Pricing is fetched automatically once a location's TICO customer ID is configured. Locations are set up during onboarding as either P00001 (National Account In House Warranty) or P00002 (TICO Dealer or Support Center).
