For the Case 8.4.0 release in January, we're planning the following improvements:

• Case Telematics Data - We've made improvements to ensure users only see up-to-date telematics fault data.

Case Telematics Data:

We've made improvements to ensure users only see up-to-date telematics fault data. Now, the telematics tab will display fault information that’s relevant to the date/time when the case was created, so users won’t have to worry about outdated fault data showing up.

For telematics integrations that support historical fault data, users will still have the option to view historical fault data by selecting a read date from the menus in the Diagnostic History area.
