As part of the 8.0 release, we have deployed several new user interface enhancements to the Recommended Operations, Campaigns, & Recalls feature of the platform.
New Pop-Up
When creating a new case, a pop-up will now appear by default, presenting options for Campaigns & Recalls, Recommended Operations, Warranty & Extended Coverage, and Service Contracts & Subscriptions relevant to the asset.
Feature Administration
Location Administrators can modify the alert preferences in the Administrative Tools section by selecting Admin > Customize Your Database > Case Preferences > Recommended Operations, Campaigns & Recalls > Alert Preferences. Once on this page, the behavior for case creation and viewing notifications can be adjusted.
