When cases are created, service providers will be prompted to consider adding these items to the current repair event.

Administration
Add
- As an administrator, enter the location you wish to configure.
- On the top navigation bar, click Admin.
- Select Customize Your Database.
- In the Service Customization section, click Recommended Operations.
- In the Add Recommended Operation field, type the desired operation's Name or Builder Operation Code.
- After entering three characters, a list of results that contain your search criteria will be displayed and will continue to filter as more characters are typed.
- Locate the desired operation and click the +ADD button.
- Once added, a success banner will appear, and this operation will be displayed in the table above.
Remove
- To remove an operation from the Recommended Operations list, click Delete from the ACTIONS column of the desired operation.
